Bridget Otoo Mocks NPP Foot Soldiers After She Was Charged ₵127.5 On Bank Transaction

Award-winning Ghanaian journalist Bridget Otoo has slammed the vice president Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia for championing the contentious Electronic Levy while aiming a dig at staunch New Patriotic Party (NPP) members who are in full support of the new tax.

The metro Tv presenter in a tweet shared a screenshot of the amount deducted from her account on E-levy charges as she complains about the inconvenience the levy and its corresponding hardship have brought to Ghana.

While replying to the foot soldiers of the ruling party for coming at her for speaking up, the Metro TV news anchor reminded them that despite the empty lectures by Dr. Bawumia, these foot soldiers have no idea how bank transactions work on holidays and weekends, which is they are displaying ignorance.

She wrote fool soldiers but you don’t have a bank account, have never done a bank transaction on a bank app…

She added, ‘’All Bawumia’s lecturers and he is not taught fool soldiers how bank transactions work on holidays.
