Covid-19: Ghana’s Cases Spike to 6,269, with 125 new Recoveries
Death toll in the country remains at 31.
The number of confirmed Covid-19 cases in Ghana has increased from 6,096 to 6,269 as 173 more persons test positive for the disease.
This was disclosed by the Ghana Health Service (GHS) via its official website for Covid-19 updates on Wednesday night [May 20, 2020]
Per the latest update, 125 patients have recovered from the virulent disease, bringing the country’s recovery count to 1,898.

Regional breakdown
The Greater Accra Region is still leading the chart with 4,582 cases, followed by the Ashanti and Central Regions with 921 and 285 cases respectively
