The DCE cautioned farmers, Cocoa mass sprayers, and the gang leaders against selling farm inputs that have been subsidized by the government.

He urged the farmers to always form associations and or cooperatives to help CHED distribute farm inputs to them equitably.
He said his office is open to all and sundry so farmers and CHED workers could pass by anytime the need arises.
