The Chief Justice, Justice Anin Yeboah has cautioned the traditional office holders in the villages and towns Fanteakwa South District  on the Eastern Region should not interfere 
in the work of the staff of Osino Circuit Court and rather support the court to deliver justice to all and sundry in the district.
 
"I am urging the chiefs, queen mothers, religious leaders of the traditional council not to interfere in the work of the staff but rather support them to administer justice to ensure law and order in the district," he stressed.
Justice Anin Yeboah made the foregoing call when he  inaugurated Circuit Court building at Osino in the Fanteakwa South District  on the Eastern Region to handle cases within the districts and its surrounding communities.
 
His Lordship the Chief Justice being assisted by the District Chief Executive (DCE), Mr  Ernest Ofosu to unveil the plaque to signify the opening of the new court building.
The inauguration of the Fateakwa Circuit Court was witnessed by the Chiefs, Queen mothers, Religious leaders and members of the community.
Delivering his address at the inauguration, the Chief Justice said that the court would handle both civil and criminal cases, and would
bring relief to the police and people in the Fanteakwa South District.
He explained, the new court will help enhance justice delivery in the Fanteakwa South
District and beyond.
He urged all to ensure that the investment in the court is well protected by every user of the facility and must exercise utmost care.
The inauguration of the Fateakwa Circuit Court was witnessed by the Chiefs, Queen mothers, Religious leaders and members of the community.
On his part,the District Chief Executive of the area, Mr ,Ernest Ofosu expressed gratitude to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for the construction of the court.
He further advised the residents not to take the law into their own hands but report all cases to the police for due process to ensure fairness.
                               
Honourable Ernest Ofosu further stressed, the court is to serve all and  called on the residents to confidence in the court processes and make use of the facility.
He added that, the establishment of the court was in fulfilment of the judiciary’s vision to bring justice to the doorsteps of the citizenry.
