Final funeral rites of Sir John to be held on October 29

The final funeral rites of the former Chief Executive Officer of the Forestry Commission, Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie a.k.a Sir John would take place on October 29, 2020.
The funeral rites of Sir John would take place at his hometown Sakora Wonoo in the Kwabre East District of the Ashanti Region.

The former NPP general secretary died at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital on Wednesday, July 1, 2020, after an illness.
He reportedly tested positive for the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) and died on Wednesday, July 1, 2020.
He passed on at the age of 63.
Not long ago, Sir John had gone to perform the one-week rites of his deceased sister at his hometown, Sakora Wonoo.
