Sadio Mane and Fabinho will be accessed before Manchester City’s game on Sunday but Ozan Kabak is eligible after receiving international clearance to play in the English League.

The Champions lock horns with the league leaders and will look to close the gap mounted by their contenders after back to back home defeats for the Reds.

Fabinho has missed the Reds three games whiles Sadio Mane has been out of the Reds trip to West Ham and defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion.

Alisson missed the last home game due to illness and could feature for Liverpool on Sunday.

"Ali feels much better, good enough to have an individual session today.

"Sadio and Fab will be in parts of team training today. Then we will see."

Klopp was delighted that Ozan Kabak, who is on loan for the rest of the season at Anfield has been cleared during his pre-match duties.

"International clearance, yes," said Klopp, after consulting Liverpool's press officer beside him. "Obviously in the last 10 minutes because 10 minutes ago nobody told me that. Great!"

"In an ideal world, you have a few weeks and work together on defensive things, especially organisation and all these kind of things. Ben and Ozan had yesterday an analyse meeting – and they trained – where they got shown all the stuff we do usually, like a centre-half movie.

"So today, proper session. Tomorrow, proper session and we will see. I don't know yet."

Liverpool drew 2-2 with Manchester City at the Etihad last year.
