KiDi claims that he tried to file a lawsuit against bloggers who were spreading "stroke" rumors

The 2022 VGMA Artiste of the Year, Dennis Nana Dwamena, announced on Hitz FM that he had considered filing a lawsuit against the bloggers who had propagated the fake information.

When it occurred, I called Richie and enquired, "How many times or for how long will these things happen until we say it's nothing? How long must we continue in this manner? As you can see, people are plainly taking advantage. There needs to be a plan of action, said KiDi.

He had to postpone his North American tour in February owing to unspecified health concerns, which sparked rumors and unsubstantiated conjecture about his health, including the bogus accusation that he had a stroke.

Kidi wrote on Instagram, "A little under two months ago, I made the tough decision of cancelling my tour to take care of my health, which meant taking time off social media. The love I have received over that period from my family, friends, fans, and the brands I work with has left me speechless. In this trying time, you all made me feel tremendously loved, and I can't thank you enough.

Despite his struggles, KiDi triumphantly made his comeback, releasing a new song titled "I Lied," and making his first public appearance at the 2023 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards (VGMA) in April. He expressed his thanks for the unwavering support he got from his followers and the music business during those challenging times.

The 'Shut Up' hitmaker claims that after giving the matter serious thought, he chose not to file a lawsuit and chose not to pay too much attention to the bad press.

Instead, he concentrated on his music and making a comeback following the difficult time.

In a recent interview, KiDi admitted that the untrue health rumors affected him as well as his family, friends, and the companies he works with.

He received numerous worried calls as a result of the news, including one from his anxious mother.
