Ghanaian artiste, Odarky Andy has branded actor and comedian, Lil Win  'thief.'

According to the first runner-up of Mentor season one, Lil Win is a thief because he expertly steals other people's songs and sings it without consent. He made the bold claim that most of the songs Lil Win has produced are stolen.

Andy said this during a live studio interview with Foster Romanus on the Late Nite Celebrity Show which airs on eTV Ghana.

“The song stealing is too much. He likes stealing people’s songs. He’s a number one thief and he stole my song Ayeyi”.

Andy used himself as an example, as he narrated how Lili Win "stole from him".

He revealed that Lil Win made him write a full song with the promise that they would collaborate on it but went ahead to record the song on his own after he had sent the lyrics of the song in.

He revealed that he called out Lil Win and told him that he was not okay with that sort of behaviour only to be told to take the issue to court if he was not in good terms with the act.

The upcoming artiste then confirmed that he has taken legal steps to ensure that Lil Win does not escape with his unruly act.

“I have taken the issue to court now and the court will judge so I can’t say much about it for now”,

In all his speech, Andy did not, however, provide any evidence to prove the veracity of his words with regards to the original lyrics of the song Lil win stole and the court papers intended to sue the actor for copyright infringement.

Lil Win is yet to respond to the allegations at this time.
