MCE Condemns NPP Chairman Who Locked Up School; Pledges To Find a Temporal Classroom For Learners
Alhaji Abuu-Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Jaman South

The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Jaman South in the Bono Region, Alhaji Abuu has said the assembly will find a temporal place for students of Ampenkuro Asrantoa for effective teaching and learning activities amidst the controversy over the lockup of the new classroom block.

The MCE's made the claim after Soiree News reported yesterday that the first vice-chairman of the Jaman South NPP, Mr. Henry Yaw Afful (Henforo) stormed the Ampenkro Asratoa D/A Primary School on Monday and locked up the entire block over unsettled money.

In an interview with Ark News monitored by Soiree News, Alhaji Abuu condemned the actions of the contractor; saying the community supported the construction of the project of which the contractor (NPP first vice-chairman) should have considered.

The move by the Jaman South NPP first vice-chairman is unfortunate however the assembly will find other avenues to get a temporal classroom for the students if the contractor fails to hand over the project to the community before the end of the week.
