No serious crime recorded in three months- Bono Police

The Bono regional Police Command says it has not recorded any serious crime in the last three months.  Murder, suicide, poisoning, armed robbery, threat of life, defilement and rape are among the serious crime the Police says it has not recorded in the last three months.

The Bono regional Police Command says it has not recorded any serious crime in the last three months. 
Murder, suicide, poisoning, armed robbery, the threat of life, defilement, and rape are among the serious crime the Police says it has not recorded in the last three months.


 The Police Public Relations Officer (PRO) ASP Mr. Augustine Kingsley Oppong during a one on one interview on Ark in the morning show monitored by Soiree News on Thursday said, except for some residents of Wenchi who claimed some cattle owners have caused their animals to destroy their farms leading to misunderstanding. 
The PRO called on all Ghanaians not to take the laws into their hands when issues of such nature arise. 
He charged them to rather take a photo of the cattle grazing their farms and report to the Police for the laws to take their course.
The Police PRO appealed to residents of the region to help provide information to the Police.
 He cautioned suspected criminals living around Silver house in Sunyani to desist from all forms of illegal activities. 
He said, “the police apart from the 1992 constitution also operate on Act 2960 of the Criminal Code and the Act 3060 of the Criminal Procedure”.
