The Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC) as part of it's consumer service efforts has embarked on public sensitisation exercise.
The objective is to educate consumers on how and where to channel their grievances for clarification any time there is an issue that needs attention.
The sensitisation exercise was done in collaboration with utility service providers and other stakeholder institutions, like the ECG, The Ghana immigration service, Ghana water company, and prison service.
The exercise was on the theme: "How to go about the management process, new Tariff structure, operations and challenges.
