The Northern Regional NPP set a date for Vetting of the MMDCE Candidates

The New Patriotic Party of the Northern Region has set up a committee which will be headed by the Northern Regional Minister, Honourable Shani Alhassan Saibu to vet interested applicants who applied for the position of Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs).
A notice which was issued by the NPP Northern Regional Secretary, Alhaji Sibdow Alhassan Yakubu, said the interviews will begin on May 19, 2021.
The interviews will be held at the Northern Regional Coordinating Council.
Among Metropolitan, Municipal and District Assemblies applications letters have been received from Tamale, Kumbungu, Kpandai, Savekugu, Nanton, Gushegu, Saboba, Mion, Wulensi, Yendi, Tolon, Tatale, among others.
