KiDi has claimed that his physique comes from fufu pounding.

The physically appealing Lynx Entertainment signee stated that his rigorous pounding of fufu over the years have contributed to his ripped body.

He noted revealed that most people don't believe him when he makes the statement because they feel he should have a proper routine based on how he looks.

“I wish I had a gym routine but I don’t. I do about 20 push-ups every morning and go about my duties. All this you see are from pounding fufu. They are fufu pounding muscles”.

“I have tried going to the gym on several occasions but anytime I try, I just quit in a few days. Basically, push-ups and fufu pounding have made me fit”,

This he said when asked in an interview with Y107.9FM’s Brown Berry on the Ryse N Shyne show how often he hits the gym.

He further expressed his struggles with the gym, confessing that he has tried to work out in gyms on few occasions to no avail.

KiDi, who is a worshipper at the International Central Gospel Church, then admitted that his relationship life remains single until he has got the right woman.

He said ‘I have been single since and I’m waiting on the right woman for marriage.
