Speaking in an interview with Soiree News, the former Legislature said, " the party should allow every member to participate in every position open for the contest and party elections than to prevent others from contesting the party's executive positions".

He said though the party is working to break the 8 it will not come easy ahead of the 2024 general elections, it needs every party member to be on board hence all internal elections must be handled well.

Adding that, the party should from now on work on their fewer strongholds than fight among themselves because everyone counts when it comes to elections.

He said, most candidates contesting for other positions in some constituencies are peeved and because of that injunctions have been placed on some of the constituency elections and said this will not help.

Captain Nkrabia charged NPP Executives to work on solving all possible issues in the party where there is some confusion because some leadership in some constituencies to stop divide and ruling.

On the elections of MMDCE'S, Lawyer Effah Dartey calls on Ghanaians to embrace the decision of the President Nana Akufo Addo to accept electing MMDCE'S to occupy the seat of Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Cheif Executives to help bring competition among the leadership of local authorities which in turn will pave way for MP's to work for their mandate voted for as lawmakers.

Speaking to Sorienews Correspondent Opamago Paparichy, Captain Nkrabia said, this practice of electing MMDCE is common in Europe, it is common to see ruling parties working with opposition parties especially when it comes to local decisions and it has been good practice for them there Ghanaians should accept the decision to vote for the position of MMDCE'S.
