Christmas is a celebration of love - NPP Parliamentary Aspirants Hopeful

NPP Parliamentary Aspirants Hopeful in the Wenchi Constituency of the Bono Region, Mr Albert Ameyaw Asubonteg said Christmas is a celebration of love.

At Christmas we are not just celebration the birth of the child Jesus, essentially we are celebrating the love of God the Father he said.

He made this known when he presented 160 bags of rice and 731 chickens to the constituency Chairman of the New Patriotic Party Mr. Ali Awudu also known as Chairman Bojoono .

The items values one hundred thousand Ghana cedis.

In an interview with a section of Media practitioners present during the presentation ceremony he said the party have a total of 731 polling station agents and additional council of elders among other party faithfuls.

Since our Lord Jesus Christ is God's most precious gift to the world at Christmas we are meant to share in this love of God hence I decided to share this love with the polling station agents and council of elders within the party in this yuletide season Mr Albert Ameyaw Aubonteng explained.

He therefore called on Ghanaians to love one another because love is from God.

Chairman Ali Awudu received the items on behalf of the polling station agents and the council of elders.

He thanked him for the gesture and called on other party stalwarts to also emulates what Albert Ameyaw Aubonteng has done and fellow same.
