According to TMZ, Beckham's company, DB Ventures Ltd., filed a lawsuit alleging that Mark Wahlberg Investment Group, owned by Walhberg, "duped" him into doing business with the fitness company, in which he is a board member and has a 36% stake.

After relocating to Los Angeles and becoming friends with Wahlberg, Beckham consented to serve as a global ambassador.

In the complaint, it is claimed that Beckham lost $10 million because the corporation did not provide him the stocks he was due in the agreement until after the stock price had dropped.

Additionally, Beckham is suing Rob Deutsch and Adam Gilchrist, the creators of F45.

The judge rejected Wahlberg and his co-defendants' request to have the lawsuit dismissed because they believed it involved "fraudulent conduct."

The brand announced the collaboration between Beckham and F45 in a since-deleted Instagram post in 2021. "Hi @davidbeckham, welcome to the F45 family.

We hope you're all prepared for what's to come #F45 #F45Training, as this is just the beginning of our journey together," the firm wrote.

Additionally, Beckham would play a significant role in F45 Training's "brand marketing initiative to support its continued expansion."

Not just Beckham filed a lawsuit against F45 Training. In 2017, former NFL wide receiver Terrell Owens filed a lawsuit against them, saying he never received the $700,000 promised in a promotional video arrangement from the corporation.
