President Akuffo Addo, Vice President Dr Mahamoud Bawumia and other top-notch New Patriotic Party executive in government have been urged to stop defending their defenceless incompetence and apologize to Ghanaians.

According to Alhaji Osman Ahmed, the Ashanti regional Zongo Caucus treasurer of the Opposition NDC, it's high time politicians being members of his own NDC or the ruling NPP stop feeling big, but accept their fault and welcome other criticisms.

He advised the leadership of the current NPP government to humble themselves and apologize to Ghanaians just what former President J. A Kuffour did during his tenure.

He said when the current NPP government is able to do that, it will help it gain maximum respect from the Ghanaian populace, other than trying to always defend their incompetence.

He touched on issues such as the current hardships the country is going through, where he indicated goes contrary to the numerous promises the NPP government gave before coming to power.

Alhaji Osman also punched hard on the incessant insecurity in the country where he expressed much worry over it.

According to him, it is very disturbing how security personnel such as soldiers, police, others are recruited into the system. He mentioned that the process which is currently dominated by the only protocol is worrying, and that creates much danger for the country.

On security, joblessness coupled with hardship economy, the NDC stalwart urged the government to accept failure and apologize to Ghanaians.

"Ghanaians voted for this government based on the numerous promises he gave, promising Heaven on Earth. But what do we see? A total failure, disappointment, hunger and hardships.

It will be very wise for this government to accept its incompetence and apologize to Ghanaians other than trying to always defend against the total failure it has done to Ghanaians.

"Former President J. A Kuffour did that same honourable thing by apologising to Ghanaians. He started again, and truly he delivered. He still holds the respect of Ghanaians". Alhaji Osman revealed.

He, therefore, urged this government to stop attacking people for criticizing it, and rather learn to accept its incompetence and apologize to Ghanaians.
