The Kwabre East Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Oheneba Opoku Agyemang Bonsu has embarked on a working visit in some of the communities in the Municipal; Dwumanafo, Wadie Adwumakase and Ahodwo.

The newly elected MCE took the opportunity to introduce himself to the Chiefs as their new servant of the Assembly.

The Chiefs of these three communities, Nana Owusu Kwarteng II - Dwumanafohene, Nana Wadie Assim II - Wadie Adwumakasehene and Nana Kusi Boadum - Ahodwo Dikro all expressed their profound gratitude for paying them a visit despite his busy schedule.

They addressed their road and infrastructural challenges and urged him to immediately put things in order to make sure that their major challenge in the Municipal is fixed.

They pledge and promised to back and support him for Kwabre East to attain development.

Hon. Opoku Agyemang in a press briefing appreciated the reception of the chiefs and promised to do anything within his power to make sure that the roads will be fixed.

“Roads in Kwabre East is my biggest priority and already Fawoade to Kenyasi road has been awarded to contract but the rest will be attended to soon”.

“In my few days at the office, I’ve been able to make sure that the Caterpillar belonging to the Assembly for our roads construction has been repaired and soon roads construction will begin,” he said.

He advised the people of Kwabre to have patience with the NPP government promising that the Nana Addo led administration will deliver to any promise they gave.

Kwabre East consist of 46 communities with Mamponteng being the capital.
