The Spurs midfielder was part of the Ireland squad that lost against Wales on Sunday.
Matt Doherty has tested positive for coronavirus; the Football Association of Ireland has confirmed.
The former Wolves star is on international duty with Ireland in the Nations League and featured for his side as they lost by 1-0 to Wales at the Cardiff City Stadium.

The Association also confirmed that Stoke winger, James McClean returned positive after conducting tests.
