MP admonishes parents to guide their wards in preparedness for BECE

Member of parliament for Sekyere Kumawu constituency within the Ashanti Region, Hon Ernest Yaw Anim has called on parents not to allow their children to make time studying in preparedness for the upcoming Basic Certificate Examination(BECE).
To make judicious use of their time, Honourable Anim further tasked parents to restrain the children from wandering about.
This, he said will afford them enough time to concentrate on their books as they prepare for the exams.
Hon Yaw Anim Enerst made the remarks recently as part of making a donation to candidates within the constituency.
The MP made a donation of mathematical set to candidates in constituency.
He also made transport arrangements for the candidates ahead of their exams in ensuring the candidates get to their various examination centres on time and return home to prepare for papers on the following day.
On his part, the District Chief Executive Officer for the area Hon Addai Agyekum Samuel also encouraged the candidates to take advantage of free SHS and come out with flying colours in their exams.
While commending teachers of the district, he further urged that the continue giving out their best in order to produce the required desired results.
District supervision and Monitoring of education,Mr Nti Danso also commended the MP for his kindness towards the candidates and assured proper distribution of the items for the fulfillment of it's purpose.
