Youth Education Development Remains  On My Top Priority List - Queenstar Maame Pokuah Proclaims

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament (MP) for Agona East Constituency of the Central Region, Mrs Queenstar Maame Pokuah Sawyerr, has stated that the education development of the youth in the various communities within her constituency remained her priority list.

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Member of Parliament (MP) for Agona East Constituency of the Central Region, Mrs Queenstar Maame Pokuah Sawyerr, has stated that the education development of the youth in the various communities within her constituency remained her priority list.

Mrs  Sawyerr who doubles as the former Deputy Central Regional Minister reiterated her commitment to support the youth of Agona East Constituency through education and job creation.

"A big thanks to you both parents and teachers for agreeing that we need to work together for the success of the youth, they need our attention in these trying times," Mrs  Sawyerr  assured.

The NDC female legislator was speaking to Soireenews.com after she visited two of her second cycle schools in her constituency on Wednesday July 27, 2022.

The schools visited are Kwanyako Senior High School (KWASTEC) and Namasco, all in the Central Region.
In Kwastec, she noted that she has done  a full counselling sessions with both parents and children in form three who are ready to write their exams and i know God has heard my prayers for the youth in my constituency!
"In Namasco, I presented to the textiles and Clothing  Department an industrial sewing machine,and the Catering department with an oven for their practicals henceforth. I am coming to Nsass during the week God willing," she added.
Mrs  Sawyerr assured to continue to liaise with the private sector and relevant institutions within hee locality in pursuance of employable skills and opportunities for the teeming youths in her constituency.

She also pledged to continue to open her doors for everyone as well as engage stakeholders in order to bring development to the constituents
 She asked for God's wisdom and humility for her and the students who would be writing their exams.
