Akuapem South NDC Readies To Battle NPP Newly Elected PC In 2024 General Election
Mr. Eric Apeadu polled 267 out of a total valid vote of 542 representing 49% compared to a total votes of 470 representing 52% polled by Lawrencia Adwoa Dziwornu, our Parliamentary Candidate.

The National Democratic Congress in the Akuapem South Constituency welcomes the election of Mr. Eric Apeadu as the Parliamentary Candidate for the New Patriotic Party.

Mr. Eric Apeadu polled 267 out of a total valid vote of 542 representing 49% compared to a total votes of 470 representing 52% polled by Lawrencia Adwoa Dziwornu, our Parliamentary Candidate.
This indicates an overwhelming comparative advantage over Eric Apeadu in terms of internal party popularity and acceptance.
Mr. Eric Apeadu comes in virtually as an imposed apprentice of the non performing Hon. O.B. Amoah whose unlikely election can only mean an unfortunate additional term for OB Amoah and a huge source of worry for not just the Constituency but even members of the NPP.
With the above coupled with the baggage of issues surrounding Eric Apeadu within the NPP, we need to state that his election is yet another boost of the confidence of the NDC towards the Parliamentary race.
We are however not complacent over this favourable choice by the NPP but are determined, poised and further fired up to work hard to harvest and protect the votes of the overwhelming majority of Constituents including NPP members who will be ready to vote for the needed change that will ensure the progress of the Constituency.
We use this medium to remind electorates in the Akuapem South Constituency of the Superior quality of the Candidacy of Lawrencia Adwoa Dziwornu and the NDC's Presidential Candidate, President John Dramani Mahama.
In Lawrencia comes the hope of the people of Akuapem South.
