Bayern Munich will extend Philippe Coutinho’s loan deal until the end of the current league season.

Sky Germany confirmed on Thursday, June 18, 2020, that the former Liverpool player will finish the season and partake in Bayern’s European campaign.

The deal to extend the loan beyond June 30 was agreed after talks on Wednesday between Barca and the German Champions, but Bayern have not taken up their option to make his loan permanent.

Coutinho, whom according to his agent, Kia Joorabchian has a desire to return to the Premier League has his season complicated by injuries.
