Berekum West: NPP Delegates congress underway

The Berekum West Constituency Executive Elections kick-started today 29th April 2022 to elect the new constituency Executives.

Among the positions being contested 22 aspirants offered themselves to contest for the various positions of Party Chairman, 1st Vice Chairman, 2nd Vice Chairman, Secretary, Assitant Secretary, Youth Organizer, Organizer, Treasurer, and Nasra Coordinator within the constituency.

A total of 348 delegates are expected to cast their votes to elect their favorite Executive ti to lead the party within the constituency for the next 4 years.

Hon. Dominic Oppong the DCE of Berekum West and also the Elections Committee Chairman speaking with Sorienews correspondent Opamago Paparichy said he believes the election will be successful and devoid of violence.

He urged all the delegates to comport themselves to follow all the rules guiding the elections to elect their favorite candidates.
