Inspector Almed Twumasi Was Brought Before Court
The Inspector Ahmed Twumasi who killed Maadwoa was presented by the Ghana Prisons Service to the court and the witness for the deceased, Emmanuel Oppong was also in the box to present his witness statement to the court.

The high court 2 in the Ashanti Region,Kumasi sat on the case concerning the murder of one Victoria Dapaah alias Maadwoa which occured on the 20th April 2023.
The Inspector Ahmed Twumasi who killed Maadwoa was presented by the Ghana Prisons Service to the court and the witness for the deceased, Emmanuel Oppong was also in the box to present his witness statement to the court.
After the long time deliberation of the lawyers for both parties,the sitting judge who is name was not captured adjourned the case to the 7th of February 2024.
Speaking in an interview with the head of the complaint family (3ko)na Abusuapanin), Nana Addo Barimah stressed that,it is just early to conclude the case yet they believed that,per how the witness presented his statements and how the judge is serious ,the family is going to have the good news they are wishing for.
According to him,the court cases are not as equal to the traditional case yet in all the final judgment will prevail and victory will be for the family.
He appealed to the family and all friends of their deceased relative to exercise patience and continued praying on their behalf.
He believes that,in the next court sitting,they will be victorious.
