Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo of the New Patriotic Party has been declared President-Elect of the Republic of Ghana.

The NPP presidential candidate won the 2020 Elections which took place on Monday, December 7, 2020.

The president out of the total number of 13, 434,574 votes (79 per cent) garnered 6,730,413 votes which indicated 51.59% from 38,622 polling stations in 275 constituencies across the 16 regions of Ghana.

John Mahama collected 6,214889 votes which symbolized 47.366%.

The results exclude the Techiman South voting results, which had valid votes cast of 128,018 and are still been contested. 

The results when added according to the EC will not change the outcome of the presidential results.
