Ofankor Landlord’s Gun was Acquired Legally – Police
Ghana Police Service said the weapon was registered through due process

The gun used by the landlord who allegedly killed his tenant over rent issues was legally acquired and registered, the Ghana Police has revealed.
A statement by the Public Affairs Directorate of the Ghana Police Service said the weapon was registered through due process in 2007.
The statement added that, the suspect Vincent Kamkam, has been “put before the Abeka district court and remanded into police custody” over the incident that occurred on Sunday, 24th May 2020.

The Police also assured the deceased's family of a diligent investigation into the matter for justice to be served.
