Residents at Four-Sight Hospital denied access to better Road

Residents who live around Foursight hospital in the Ho Municipality are calling on the Ho Municipal Assembly and the government to attend to their road challenges.

According to them, they have been denied access to better roads in their community and its affecting their living.

Some residents told soireenews that they have been to the Ho Municipal  Assembly to report to the MCE (Municipal Chief Executive) Honourable Prosper Kofi P-Bansah about the situation yet his promise of starting works on the road before the election has still not been fulfilled.

They revealed that the delay in works has led to people building close which is narrowing the road.

Soireenews observed during a visit that from the Foursight hospital leading to Hill view and the Bimball garden road is in a poor state as inhabitants told that when they are coming from the market, due to the nature of the road, drivers have to double-charge them and at times refuse to take them to their various destinations.

They further opined that should there be a fire outbreak in any of their homes, the newly built houses close to the access road will make it challenging for the fire service to do their job.

“Now that, someone is building a house on the road, should there be a fire outbreak and the fire service should come, they will not have any access road to come and save our lives", a resident lament.

“We must not wait till something dangerous happen before the right thing is done. Our lives are in danger and we are also part of the Ho Municipality"

They are appealing to the Ho- Municipal Assembly, the government and other authorities to come to their aid and fix the road, from Foursight hospital leading to Hill view.
