Sheikh Luqman Bamba Visits Muslims Clergy, Chiefs In Northern Region to Harness Unity
The mission of Sheikh Luqman Mohammed Bamba, a renowned Islamic Scholar and Director of the Bambawia Islamic Institute Foundation was to bring tolerance among Muslims clergy in the Northern Region.

Sheikh Luqman Mohammed Bamba, a renowned Islamic Scholar and Director of the Bambawia Islamic Institute Foundation in the Northern Region has taken a move to unite Muslim Clergy in the region.
The move follows his sober reflections and calls by some Traditional rulers and political figures who on several occasions appealed tolerance and togetherness among the Muslim Clergy and their followers.
The recent call was made by the Chief of Pishigu, Pishigu-Lana Alhassan Andani as part of his Eid-ul-Adha message to the public particularly the clergy.
Sheikh Luqman Bamba in a short write-up said the visitation which covered some Chiefs in Dagbon aimed to check on their wellbeing and strengthen their ties.
"Over the past week, I made ziyara to some of our Sheikhs and Chiefs in Dagbang. This was to checked on their wellbeing and strengthen ties".
He used the opportunity to seek Allah's guidance to strengthen their ties and instil peace in Dagbang, Ghana and the Muslim community at the large.
"May Allah unites us and strengthens Islam. May Allah preserves the lives of our Sheikhs and elders and adds them good health". He added.
Among the clergy and Chiefs, he has visited so far includes Sheikh Saeed Zakaria, Leader of Anbariya Sunni Community, Sheikh
Baba Musah Gumani, Sheikh Iliyas Umar Imam, Sheikh Mohammed Amin Sawaba, Sheikh Alhaji Dandawa, Sheikh Dr Al-Hussein
Zakaria, Sheikh Mohammed Bugum Bieni, Sheikh Abdul-Razak Durah, Sheikh Mohammed Amin Adabiyya, Sheikh Nasir Qudus,
Khalifa Sheikh Mohammed Nyankpala, Sheikh Rufai Yakub, Sheikh Abdallah Asward Police Imam, Sheikh Kankani Abubakar, Sheikh
Abdallah Wurishe, Sheikh Siddiq Nyankpala, Siddi Itiban, Sheikh Dr Abdul Azeez of the Anbariya Sunni Community and the Zawiya
of the Late Imam of Nyankpala, Magagian Faila.
