Hudson-Odoi assures fans of recovery after contracting Coronavirus

There have been over 130,000 confirmed cases of coronavirus. Over 69,000 people have recovered, while it has been fatal to just under 5,000.

Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi has provided an update on his health after it was announced he had contracted the coronavirus.

The Blues player tested positive for coronavirus, which was announced through a statement on Thursday evening by the London club.

According to the player via a video posted on twitter, he self-isolated himself after contracting the virus but has assured of haven fully recovered.

 

 

“Hi guys, as you may be aware, I had the virus for the last couple of days which I have recovered from. I followed the health guidelines and self-isolated myself from everybody for the week.

“I hope to see everybody soon and I hope to be back on the pitch soon. Take care,” he said.
