The Parliamentary candidate-elect of the New Patriotic Party in the Ejisu constituency, Lawyer John Kumah says he has delivered on the promise made to constituents of Ejisu concerning providing them a party office, which is a sign of good things to come when he is voted as the Member of Parliament in December 7.

He has therefore called on party patriots to support him to make the project for the administrative activities in the Ejisu Constituency a reality.

“Before the primaries, I made a promise that if I am elected, I would not wait to become a Member of Parliament before our party office is built. I would ensure that, in the first month of my appointment, a sod-cutting ceremony will be held to commence works,” he said.

“During the campaign, my competitors challenged that my promise is impossible for the reason that there is no land in the Ejisu Municipality to contain such a project. We made the plans and God supported us, with the support of Nana Nkosuohene who gave us land to build the party office," he added.

He further assured that the President of Ghana, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will commission the building in six months’ time, which will also be another fulfillment to define his mission statement in the constituency, beseeching all party faithful to support the work for the progress of the party.

“In six months’ time after today’s sod-cutting, the president will be here to commission the party office. The joyous part is that all NPP appointees who hail from Ejisu, including Ministers and their deputies, CEOs, and their deputies and Board Chairmen are more than 30 and will help to make this project possible.

“A dinner program will be held after the event to raise funds to begin the project including NPP patriots. We will all support this with our strength and it is our prayer that you also assist this work with your effort to make the work successful.”
