Supreme Court Strikes Out Portions Of Mettle-Nunoo's Witness Statement

The Supreme Court (SC) has struck out some portions of Rojo Mettle Nunoo's witness statement in the ongoing election petition.

Mr Mettle-Nunoo who was one of the representatives of the NDC  in the Electoral Commission’s (EC) ‘strong room’ during election 2020, filed his witness statement in support of John Mahama

However, the paragraphs are 4,5,6,7 and 18 were struck out of witness statement.

The lead counsel for President Nana Akufo-Addo, the first respondent,  Akoto Ampaw, requested that the court strikes out 23 paragraphs from his statement.

Cross-examination of Rojo Mettle Nunoo will take place on Monday remotely via video link.
